Join us in a mystical sound bath, with the ethereal vibrations of the singing bowls, to help quiet/calm the body, mind and spirit. Afterwards the crystal lyre is sounded over bodies which furthers the participants release and alignment of all aspects of ones being. Each persons journey is their own and can sometimes be described as a trance like state or deep relaxation.

The sound bath will be followed by 15 minutes of silent meditation where Phyllis will then share any messages (if any) from spirit to those seated in the room.

The sounds emitted from both the crystal bowls and the lyre are enchanting harmonic tones reminiscent of an angelic choir. The bowls create a feeling of peace in a loving and compassionate way, bringing us back into perfect balance and harmony.

Note: Please bring a blanket, pillow, yoga mat or anything that will allow you to be most comfortable during the crystal bowl sound bath and meditation.

The cost is $40 and payment must be received in advance by etransfer or cash. Class size is limited.

Born and raised in rural Nova Scotia. Growing up I was always fascinated with the mystical side of life. I seen my first spirit at around the age of 7 or 8 and surprisingly enough I wasn’t afraid.

For over 20 years I have been lucky enough to assist seekers on their path with various forms of psychic readings and energy treatments. In 2013 I had a spontaneous awakening and everything I thought to be true was no longer true for me. Since then I have been once again learning but all over as if I were a new born baby seeing everything with fresh eyes. I enjoy sharing insights with people and holding space were we can all remember who we are.
